0.2.3 - New placement system

Hello everyone!
Long time without an update, I was really busy. LowPolis has been completely rewritten but I made some new features too.
Changes:
- New road placement system(you can place multiple roads much faster, examples on screens), now you can build roads only in the city range(increased by storehouses)
- Storehouse has only 6 workers and bigger range of view.
- New range of view for every building
- New camera scroll movement
- Camera shake after building placement
- New color layout(how do you like it?)
- Active pause system
- We tried to balance production and gold income, in my opinion, it's much better
Incoming changes:
- Models are still non-optimized so they will be as soon as possible, that's my priority now
- Fires and firefighters system
- We decided to rebuild the whole UI
- Defense system and battles(in two weeks we will start the development part)
