0.3.2 - Visual changes and optimization


Hello there!

It's been a busy time for us (students before the end of term assessments), but still we have prepared an update for you!

What's new:

  • Notable performance improvement :)
  • New impacts particles (building placement/destroy mode)
  • Outline effect for selected buildings
  • Every house reacts with particles to placing/destroying public building such as Shrine or Marketplace, etc.
  • Building ghost or placed and selected building that has field of view,  highlights specific(interacting) objects. Shrine highlights every House in range, Forester trees etc.
  • Buildings (either before placement or while selected) highlight any objects they interact with within their range of effect e.g. shrine highlights every house in its range, forester with trees etc.
  • Optimized construction costs
  • Road signs (just a small visual touch)
  • Minor visual changes of the demo map
  • Fixed game breaking bugs

Bonus sneak peek into BattleMode (not available yet!):

  • Formation system and movement
  • Basic animations and first iteration of models
